REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICES 

AKADEMIYA2063 invites qualified travel agencies to submit quotations for the management of airline ticket reservations and related travel services. 

Services include: airline ticketing, hotel reservations, ground transportation, traveler assistance and 24/7 emergency assist. 

Contract duration: 1 year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance.

Key requirements:

minimum 5 years’ experience, IATA or equivalent accreditation, experience with NGOs/international organizations, bilingual service (English/French), and appropriate insurance and emergency assist systems.
