Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites international and national Authorized NetApp partners to bid for the Renewal of NetApp Subscriptions and assist.

Detailed terms of reference for this tender will be shared with interested bidders via email starting from21st July 2026. Interested bidders are requested to express their interest by sending an email toprocurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the31st July 2026 at 3:30pmKigali time with subject line “Renewal of NetApp Subscriptions and assist” and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.

Bidders shall deliver financial proposal and the payment terms in Rwandan Francs for local bidders or USD for International Bidders. deliver also the company profile, valid company’s registration certificate, valid Tax Clearance certificate, last 3years’ audited financial statements, e, and any other relevant supporting documentation as requested in Terms of Reference (ToR).
