Bank of Kigali Plc hereby invites local companies for the provision of POS Paper Rolls.

Detailed terms of reference for this tender will be shared with interested bidders via email starting from 08thSeptember 2026. Interested bidders are requested to express their interest by sending an email toprocurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the21st September 2026 at 3:30pmKigali time with subject line “the provision of POS Paper Rolls” and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.

Bidders shall deliver the financial proposal in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and the payment terms. deliver also the company profile, valid RDB certificate, valid RRA certificate, valid RSSB certificate, and any other relevant supporting documentation.
