Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (INES-Ruhengeri) is calling for applications for the following vacant administrative position:

POSITION: MARKETING OFFICER

• Available position: One (1)
• Supervising Organ: The Deputy Vice Chancellor of Administration and Finance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To create and execute marketing, branding, and communication strategies that promote the visibility and reputation of INES-Ruhengeri.
• To organize student recruitment campaigns, exhibitions, education fairs, outreach programs, and other promotional activities.
• To oversee the University's website and official social media platforms by creating and disseminating relevant content.
• To design and produce promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, posters, banners, and other marketing publications.
• To perform market research and analyze trends to assist marketing strategies and institutional growth.
• To establish and keep collaborative relationships with schools, partners, alumni, media houses, and other stakeholders.
• To produce periodic marketing, communication, and branding performance reports for Management.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the University Management.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, or Digital Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Equivalence of the degree certificate in case the degree was obtained abroad (outside of Rwanda).
• At least two (2) years of proven professional experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, institutional marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, website content management, and institutional branding.
• Ability to perform market research, analyse market trends, and produce marketing performance reports.
• Ability to organize exhibitions, education fairs, outreach programmes, promotional events, and student recruitment campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for direct appointment as full-time administrative staff.
