Invitation for Submission of Technical and Financial Proposals: Construction Supervision Consultancy Services 

The Rwanda Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (“RSOG”) hereby inform interested firms that this is a re-advertisement of the invitation issued on 16 June 2026. The eligibility and qualification requirements have been revised, and interested firms are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the updated Terms of Reference (ToR). 

RSOG invites qualified and experienced construction supervision consultancy firms to submit technical and financial proposals for the supervision of the construction of the Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and Academic Center of Excellence at Nyagatare District Hospital, Nyagatare District, Eastern Province, Rwanda. 

The assignment aims to ensure continuous and effective supervision of the construction works, guaranteeing compliance with the approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and construction schedule. The supervision services will cover the estimated ten (10) months of construction and may be extended if the construction period is officially extended. 

This is an open competitive selection process. Interested firms shall submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with ToR. Detailed design documents are confidential and will be shared only with shortlisted firms or successful consultant, as determined by RSOG. 

Complete proposals must be submitted electronically to procurement.rsog@rsog.org.rw no later than 26 July 2026 at 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
