Invitation for Submission of Quotations: Supply and Delivery of Fully Equipped Ambulances

The Rwanda Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (“RSOG”) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of two (2) fully equipped Toyota Land Cruiser Hard Top High-Roof ambulances, in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Participation in the procurement process is open, on equal terms, to all eligible companies.

The selected supplier will be tasked with providing fully converted, equipped, tested and operational ambulances, including all specified medical equipment, patient handling systems, oxygen supply, electrical systems, communication systems and safety features, as detailed in the ToR and its annexes.

Interested companies are invited to submit a technical proposal demonstrating compliance with the specified requirements, together with a signed and stamped financial quotation indicating a single all-inclusive price for the complete supply and delivery of the ambulances.

Quotations must be submitted electronically in PDF format toprocurement.rsog@rsog.org.rw no later than 06 October 2026 at 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
