Reports To

People & Culture Division Manager

Job responsibilities

Performance management, capacity assessment & propose training programs to keep required manpower level with the required knowledge, career & allow succession planning;

assist the design and implementation of career development and performance management programs strategies, processes, and tools;

Utilize strategic workforce planning to forecast and plan for talent mobility and create pipelines of talent;

assist performance management program design and strategy;

help with the development of policies, guidelines, and tools to assist managers throughout the performance management process;

keep and communicate the annual and quarterly calendar for RDB performance management process;

detect on quarterly basis, training needs by evaluating staff strengths and weaknesses through their managers;

create RDB Annual Capacity Building Plan (CBP) basing on needs assessment;

Acclimate new hires to the business and perform orientation sessions;

Propose potential training courses for institution development;

Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior and productivity;

Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to make sure that they reflect required changes;

organize periodic staff performance appraisal/evaluation exercises;

track Staff Performance Contracts;

Any other related assignment as may be directed by superior(s).

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Human Resource Management —1 Years of relevant experience

Master's Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resource —1 Years of relevant experience

Master's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource —1 Years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management —3 Years of relevant experience

Bachelors Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resource —3 Years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource —3 Years of relevant experience

Proficiency in French and Kinyarwanda is an added advantage;

Demonstrated ability to effectively use the required computer programs and applications such as IPPIS:

Strong ability to work under pressure, multi-task and deliver as expected;

High levels of integrity, confidentiality with high professional and ethical standards

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Flexibility, team player, creative, self-starter with ability to balance staff welfare programs
