1. QA Venue Solutions Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for theFramework contract for Supply of IT Materials for QA Venue Solutions Rwanda.
2. Tender Documents in Englishmay be obtained through e-mail on any working day from1/10/2026upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee ofTen Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Rwf) deposited on Account N° 00261-06983233-04 for QA Venue Solutions Rwanda in Bank of Kigali. The proof of payment is submitted through e-mail addresses;Procurement@qavenuesolutions.com
3. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security ofOne Million Two Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (1,200,000Rwf)

5. Well-printed bids, properly bound and submitted intwo (2) copies, one of which must be theoriginal, must be delivered to: Amahoro Stadium, Avenue 17, Amahoro Village, Rukiri II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, P.O. Box 6739, Kigali, Rwanda, Bids must be receivedno later than 21 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time. Late bids will not be accepted.
6. Electronically. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 11.30 am Local Time on the same day, in QA Venue Solutions Meeting room at Amahoro Stadium.
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the QA Venue Solutions Rwanda Ltd Procurement Procedures manual
10. The successful bidder shall enter into a contract withQA Venue Solutions covering all venues.
11. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the bid’s submission date
