📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and supervise site development works including land preparation, roads, drainage, water, and electricity.
  • produce technical specifications and Terms of Reference (ToRs).
  • Supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
  • organize district-level implementation.
  • Assess site conditions and deliver engineering solutions.
  • Validate technical deliverables and ensure contract compliance.
  • assist procurement processes.
  • track progress and report on construction status.
  • Ensure coordination across technical teams.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Master's in Civil Engineering.
  • 2 Years of relevant experience.

OR

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7 Years of relevant experience.

📜 Required Certificate

  • Registered with Institute of Engineering Rwanda (IER).

💼 Required Competencies and Key Technical Skills

  • Experience in infrastructure and housing projects.
  • Knowledge of engineering software and climate-resilient construction is an advantage.
