CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR A ROBOTICS AND CODING EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP

Wellspring Academy is a Christian international school located in Nyarutarama: 2 KG 270 St, Kigali, guided by a vision to produce a new generation of servant leaders to bless Rwanda and display the best of Rwanda to the world. Our mission is to educate and equip students to become highly skilled, Godly leaders, and agents of community transformation. Would you be interested in joining such a community?

As a leading Cambridge International School, Wellspring Academy invites qualified and experienced Robotics and Coding Service Providers to submit Expressions of Interest to establish and operate a Robotics and Coding Programme for our students.

We Are Seeking a Service Provider That:

• Has proven experience in delivering Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), STEM, and emerging technologies to school students.
• Provides engaging, age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences from Primary through Secondary levels.
• Supplies high-quality robotics kits, software, curriculum resources, and instructor training where applicable.
• Demonstrates innovation, professionalism, and excellence in student engagement.
• Shares and respects Christian values and is willing to work within the biblical worldview and educational philosophy of Wellspring Academy.
• Is committed to nurturing students in both academic excellence and Christian character.
• Is duly registered and certified by the relevant authorities to deliver Robotics and Coding services.

Interested Companies Should Submit:

• Service Provider profile and certificate of registration.
• Details of Robotics and Coding programmes offered.
• Evidence of previous experience working with schools (references are an added advantage).
• Proposed implementation plan, including the programme structure and fee proposal.
• Qualifications and profiles of instructors and assist staff.

Only shortlisted companies will be invited for presentations and further discussions.
