CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) – SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF AGRICULTURAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT

A. Background information.

Kilimo Trust Rwanda (KTR) is Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) working on agriculture and agribusiness that specializes in the design and implementation of sustainable agribusiness solutions in Rwanda and across East Africa. Kilimo Trust has worked collaboratively with agricultural value chain actors to co-create interventions that enhance farm productivity, enhance postharvest management, expand access to finance and appropriate technologies.

Kilimo Trust Rwanda (KTR) is the implementing partner of Promoting small holder Agro-export competitiveness (PSAC) with an aim to increase the competitiveness of agricultural export-driven value chains by promoting climate smart productivity- enhancing technologies, reducing post-harvest losses, developing infrastructure utilizing climate smart-resilient agricultural practices to ensure compliance with export market.

Kilimo Trust Rwanda invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the supply, installation, and commissioning of agricultural infrastructure and equipment as detailed on attachment.

B. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FROM BIDDERS

In addition to the standard documentation, bidders MUST clearly deliver the following information:

• Availability & Stock Capacity
• Financial and technical proposal for the proposed sizes and specification of equipment.
• Delivery Timeline
• Warranty & After-Sales assist.

C. MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION

Interested and eligible bidders must submit:

• Expression of Interest letter addressed to Kilimo Trust Team Leader Rwanda
• Company Registration Certificate
• Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) Tax Clearance Certificate which is valid
• Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) Clearance Certificate which is valid
• Certificates of Completion Related to this works
• 2 Recent Contracts of similar goods/services (within the last 5 years)

D. Submission and Deadline 

All required Bid documents must be written in English and submitted on this link not later than Tuesday 14th July 2026 at 5:00PM Rwandan Time. Late bids will be rejected. Please click on the “Apply” button to complete your application.
