HLB MN Ltd is a professional accounting, audit and tax advisory firm based in Kigali, Rwanda. The firm is seeking a qualified and experienced CaseWare or Inflo software supplier implementation partner to assist its audit activities.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to detect a reliable provider capable of supplying the appropriate CaseWare or Inflo solution, implementing and configuring the software, training users, and providing ongoing technical assist, license renewal and maintenance services.

The Company now invites eligible and competent Consulting Firms duly registered and resident in Rwanda to bid for the following:

HLB MN Ltd invites qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for the supply, implementation, configuration, training, technical assist and maintenance of CaseWare or Inflo software to be used in audit engagements.

Application Deadline; Friday, 30th October 2026 Midnight.
