SOURCE OF FUND: ENERGY UTILITY CORPORATION LIMITED (EUCL)

1.Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) would like to invite eligible bidders specialized in the field to submit their best offers for the Supply of Chemicals at GISHOMA Peat Power Plant (PPP) under framework agreement for a period of one (1) year renewable twice subject to satisfactory performance.

2. This tender is composed of One (1) indivisible Lot: and participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the Procurement User Manual of REG as updated to date.

4.Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two (2) copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariate office of procurement Management at the address indicated below Not later than20/ 11/2026 at 10: 00a.mLate and electronic bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL Headquarters on20/11 /2026 at 10:30a.m

6.All bids shall be accompanied by the original copy of Bid Security of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (1,800,000Frw) or One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five US Dollars (1,225USD) issued by a financial institution with validity period of at least 150 days from the bids opening date.

7.The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

8.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual as updated to date.
