INVITATION TO SUBMIT FLEET OFFERS 

VW Fleet Deals: sale of pre-owned Volkswagen vehicles in fleet quantities 

Volkswagen Mobility Solutions Rwanda Ltd invites companies, public institutions, NGOs and individuals to submit offers to purchase pre-owned Volkswagen vehicles in fleet quantities. Bidders name the models, the number of units and the price they propose per vehicle.Offers close on 30th October 2026. 

1. Vehicles available

All vehicles are automatic. Indicative prices are per vehicle; mileage varies by vehicle and warranty cover varies by registration year. 

2. Who may submit an offer 

  • Registered companies, public institutions, NGOs, embassies and international organisations 
  • Individuals 
  • Offers may be for one vehicle or several, in any combination of models 

3. Viewing and inspection 

Bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicles before submitting an offer. 

Location: Amahoro Stadium parking (Kwa Rwahama), Kigali 

Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm 

4. How to submit an offer 

Scan the QR code or click here to submit your Fleet Offer. State your company or name, contact details, the models and number of units you want, and your proposed price per 

vehicle. 

Offers may also be sent by email tosales.rw@vw.rw . 

Deadline: 30th October 2026.Late offers will not be considered. 

5. Evaluation and selection 

Volkswagen Mobility Solutions Rwanda will evaluate all offers after the deadline, taking into account the price offered, the number of units and the payment terms. Selected bidders will be contacted directly. Offers are treated as confidential. Volkswagen Mobility Solutions Rwanda reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, in whole or in part, without giving reasons. The highest offer will not necessarily be accepted.
