Equity Bank Rwanda Plc invites eligible and experienced firms to submit proposals to plan, source, execute, track and report on Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns across Kigali and priority upcountry markets. The engagement will be performance-based, supported by proof of execution and regular performance reporting.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Registered firm with valid RDB registration, RRA tax clearance and RSSB clearance certificates.

• At least three (3) years of relevant OOH advertising experience.

• Proven campaign management for at least three (3) leading organisations, preferably banks, telecoms, FMCG or national brands, with verifiable references and campaign reports.

• Established relationships with media owners and capacity to oversee multiple formats and locations across Kigali and upcountry.

• Demonstrated campaign monitoring, proof-of-posting and reporting capability.

Provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services

Equity Bank Rwanda PLC invites eligible and reputable companies to submit bids for the provision of cleaning and gardening services at its Head Office and 38 branches/service centers in Kigali and the provinces. The contract will be for 12 months, renewable upon satisfactory performance.

1. Scope of Services

• Daily, weekly/periodic and special (event/emergency) cleaning of premises

• Gardening services at designated premises

• Provision of trained, insured and supervised staff, equipment, materials and consumables

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Valid trade license

• Valid RRA tax clearance and RSSB clearance certificates

• Valid RURA license for cleaning and gardening services

• At least 4 years of experience in similar assignments, supported by contracts

• Evidence of available equipment and resources

• Site visit certificate

3. Mandatory Site Visit

Site visits to the Head Office and all listed branches will be held on Daily upon advertising this tender up to 2 days before the submission deadline and the Certificates will be issued only to bidders who visit all sites.
