Reports To

Director General of Trade & Investment

Job responsibilities

Formulate and update petroleum trade policy;

track and advise on international oil markets performance in order to inform domestic prices;

Ensure effective and efficient petroleum products trade and distribution;

Initiate and ensure the development, evaluate and implementation of standards for the downstream petroleum sector;

Organize and document all petroleum purchases and sales done by the Government;

Supervise the loading and offloading of Government petroleum products;

Ensure good functioning and maintenance of Government depots

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Economics —3 Years of relevant experience

Master's in Economics —1 Years of relevant experience

Masters in Business Administration —1 Years of relevant experience

International Trade — 3 Years of relevant experience

Master’s Degree in International Trade —1 Years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration —3 Years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering —3 Years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree in Oil and Gas Engineering —3 Years of relevant experience

Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering —1 Years of relevant experience

Master's Degree in Oil and Gas Engineering —1 Years of relevant experience
