INVITATION TO TENDER: 02/CO/DU/GIS/2026

TITLE: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PRINTER AND SERVER

  1. Cooperative Duharirane Gisoziinvites qualified bidders to participate in the tender for theSupply and Installation of Printer and Server. The tender shall be conducted inone (1) lot.
  2. Participation is open, under equal conditions, to all specialized enterprises legally operating in the relevant field.
  3. Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from theCooperative Duharirane Gisozi office starting from 30 September 2026, upon presentation of a deposit slip for anon-refundable fee of RWF 10,000, deposited into Account No.4076200015973 held at Equity Bank, in the name of Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi.
  4. Bids shall be prepared inEnglish or French, properly printed, signed, stamped, and bound. Each bid shall be submitted inthree (3) copies: one (1) original and two (2) copies.
  5. Bids shall be submitted to theCooperative Duharirane Gisozi office no later than Friday, 16 October 2026, at 10:00 hours.
  6. All bids must be accompanied by aCommittee Letter.
  7. The outer envelope shall clearly indicate thename and title of the tender.
  8. Bids shall remain valid for a period ofninety (90) daysfrom the deadline for submission of bids.
  9. All payments shall be made inRwandan Francs (RWF).
  10. The opening of bids shall take place on thesame day, Friday, 16 October 2026, at 10:30 hours prompt, at the Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi office, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
