Tender Notice for Sale of Used Vehicle

PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE: SALE OF USED VEHICLE 

African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE) Rwandainvites sealed bids for the purchase of a used2014 Toyota Double Cabin Pick-upon an "as-is, where-is" basis. The manual-transmission vehicle has a mileage of208,662 kilometers and features new tires in good condition. Physical inspection is open at the AEE Rwanda Head Office fromSeptember 28 to October 8, 2026, strictly between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. 

Interested bidders must submit their written financial offers in a sealed envelope clearly marked"Tender for Vehicle Purchase". Submissions must be physically delivered to the AEE Rwanda Head Office atKG 201 Street 46, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali,no later than October 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The formal tender opening session will take place immediately at the same venue, and the successful bidder will be notified within48 hours, and the payment will be due in5 working days.
