Rwanda Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF) invites Rwandan registered firms/bidders to submit bids for the tender entitled “TENDER FOR PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES”.

The tender document in hard copy can be obtained from 03/11/2026 at the RYAF office located at MINAGRI premises, Kacyiru, Gasabo, Kigali City upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable amount of 10,000 RWF on RYAF revenues accountNo. 4490365160 at BPR Bank

Opening of bids in a public session will take place at the RYAF Office, MINAGRI premises, Kacyiru, Gasabo District on27/11/2026 at 10:30 a.m. local time

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RYAF procedures and Rwanda procurement law.
