Evergreen Machinery Company Ltdis looking for a responsible, organized, and hardworking Store Keeper to join our team.

Position: Store Keeper

Location: Kigali, Rwanda

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
  • keep accurate stock records and inventory.
  • Issue materials and products according to authorized requests.
  • track stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and secure.
  • perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
  • produce stock and inventory reports when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Store Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Store Keeper is an added advantage.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
