📢 JOB OPPORTUNITY: SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTER (REMOTE)

Earn RWF 50,000 per Month + Performance Bonuses

JobNziza Ltd is looking for a motivated, creative, and results-oriented Social Media Promoter to help expand the reach of jobs, scholarships, internships, training opportunities, and career information published on JobNziza.

Remote / Work From Anywhere in Rwanda

Contract Duration

4 Months (Renewable Based on Performance)

Working Hours

Approximately 1–2 Hours Per Day

Monthly Salary

RWF 50,000

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Share JobNziza videos and content daily on WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Promote jobs, scholarships, internships, and career opportunities published on JobNziza.
  • Help increase JobNziza's visibility and audience engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages when necessary.
  • Submit weekly reports showing views, subscriber growth, and engagement statistics.
  • Use only ethical and organic methods to attract real viewers and subscribers.

Requirements

  • A2 (Secondary School) or higher.
  • Active user of WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter).
  • Owns a smartphone or computer with reliable internet access.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Honest and committed to ethical promotion methods.
  • Experience in social media marketing is an added advantage.
  • No use of fake subscribers, bots, purchased views, or artificial engagement.

Performance Bonuses

In addition to the monthly salary, successful candidates may earn performance bonuses based on verified organic growth:

100 New Subscribers + 20,000 Views → RWF 10,000

300 New Subscribers + 50,000 Views → RWF 30,000

500 New Subscribers + 100,000 Views → RWF 60,000

Note:Only the highest bonus level achieved during the evaluation period will be awarded.
