Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Site Engineer to oversee and oversee site operations for our construction projects. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and organize daily site construction activities
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project plans
• oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure productivity and efficiency
• track project progress and report on timelines, risks, and performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• evaluate and verify materials, workmanship, and quality control processes
• organize with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders
• produce site reports, work schedules, and progress updates
• assist project planning and resource allocation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision
• Mandatory experience in large-scale construction projects involving 10+ buildings or multi-block developments
• Experience working for a main contractor on construction projects
• Strong experience in managing structural, civil, and MEP site works
• Proven ability to oversee multiple subcontractors and site teams
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools
• Candidates should attach references and project completion certificates for similar projects handled
