SALE OF LAND AND BUILDINGS THROUGH COMPETITIVE BIDDING

ASOFERWA (Association de Solidarité des Femmes Rwandaises)invites qualified local and international investors, companies, institutions, consortiums and eligible bidders to submit competitive bids for the purchase of land and buildings in theVolcanoes Tourism Zone, Kinigi Sector, Musanze District, Rwanda.

Property: UPI 4/03/07/05/293; 70,438 sqm, located in Gasenyi Village, Nyonirima Cell, Kinigi Sector, Musanze District.

MINIMUM BID

In accordance with the ASOFERWA Executive Organ resolution of 20 August 2026, the minimum acceptable offer isRWF 10,000,000,000 (Ten Billion Rwandan Francs). Bids below this amount will not be considered.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Bids must include valid identification/registration documents, authorization to participate, financial offer and payment terms, proof of financial capacity/proof of funds, investor/company profile and relevant experience, and proposed use of the property.

SUBMISSION & OPENING

Bids must be submitted insealed envelopes marked “BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ASOFERWA LAND AND BUILDINGS – REF. NO. ASOFERWA/SALE/001/2026.”
