Title: Supply of Smartphones for Digitization of Savings Groups

Background

Women for Women Rwanda (WfW-Rwanda) is a national organization dedicated to supporting women and girls in Rwanda to break the cycle of poverty and social exclusion by enabling them to become socially and economically empowered and capable of leading themselves and their communities toward improved health, education, and social well-being.

Women for Women Rwanda hereby invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of five hundred (500) Smartphones to be used in the digitization of Savings Groups activities.

The detailed technical specifications of the smartphones required are provided in the table below. Suppliers are requested to quote for any of the four (4) types of phones indicated below which are compatible with the application to be used.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders are requested to submit the following documents:

A valid Company Registration Certificate issued by RDB.
A valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by RRA.
At least three (3) reference letters, completion certificates, or purchase orders demonstrating successful supply of similar goods within the last three (3) years.
Evidence of capacity to supply and deliver smartphones of the required quality and quantity.
A clear delivery schedule

Submission of Quotations

Bidders should make sure that their quotations clearly indicate:

Unit price and total cost (inclusive of all applicable taxes).
Brand and model of the smartphones offered.
Compliance with the required technical specifications.
Warranty period and after-sales assist arrangements.
Delivery timeline.

How to Apply

Interested and eligible bidders are invited to submit their quotations together with the required supporting documents listed above in a sealed envelope clearly market: “Quotation for the Supply of Smartphones” no later than 12 June 2026 at 4:00 PM (Kigali Time) to the reception of Women for Women Rwanda, located at Kimihurura, KG 624 Avenue, Plot No. 15, Kigali, Rwanda. Late submissions will not be considered.
