Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from local, regional and international

suppliers for the provision of PRTG Monitoring Tool subscription Renewal; As bank

network devices requires a centralized, real-time visibility tool for maintaining

seamless business operations and minimizing unplanned downtime by being notified

in case of any network device failure or any other irregularity monitored.

Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender onprocurement@bk.rw

from 28 th /04/2026 to receive the details of the license requirements and guidelines of

the submission. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and

Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than 18 th May 2026 at

3:30PM on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf for local companies and USD for foreign

companies and payment terms. deliver a PRTG partnership certificate, Manufacturer's

Authorization Certificate, company profile, Company Registration certificate, tax

clearance certificate, deliver at least three (3) references certificates, the warranty and

delivery period, Audited financial statements for the last 3 years. and any other

relevant information.
