NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION FOR USED U.S. EMBASSY KIGALI ASSETS

NIKA Movers Ltd hereby invites the general public to attend a Public Auction for the disposal of surplus household items and Miscellaneous Items belonging to the U.S Embassy Kigali.

Items to be Auctioned

• Household furniture (tables, chairs, sofas, cabinets, carpet, desk lamps, dresser, Dinning sets, etc ...)
• Office equipment (desks, filing cabinets, office chairs, etc...)
• Appliances (refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, Air conditioners, etc...)
• Miscellanées items (Water pump, Ladder etc.)
• Constructions Materials, Electrical materials, etc ... 

Terms and Conditions

• All bidders must register prior to the auction registration fee of RWF 10,000 to MoMo Code058989 – NIKA MOVERS LTD.
• Successful bidders must pay30% of the purchase price immediately after the auction as a deposit. 

The remaining balance (70%) must be settled within (24hrs)/1 working day of the auction.

• Payments shall be made on Momo Code:058989 – NIKA MOVERS LTD, or CASH  
• All purchased items must be collected within forty‑eight (48) hours after full payment and from the day of auction.
• Items not collected within the stipulated time will incur storage and security fees of RWF 50,000 per day, payable before release of the goods.
• The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item or lot without prior notice.
• Access to the compound will require valid identification for security purpose.
• All items are sold “as seen” and “as is”. No warranties, guarantees, or returns will be accepted. 
• In case of dispute, the auctioneer’s decision is final.
• Items not collected within48hrs2days from the day of auctionwill be resold without refund.
• The buyer is tasked with collection, loading, transportation, and related costs. 
• The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse bids, withdraw items, or regulate bidding at their discretion.
