Tender notice: Hiring firms to deliver tents and accessories under rental services annual

framework agreement

1. Rwanda Convention Bureau needs to engage experienced and local market-eligible firms to

deliver the aforementioned service under annual framework agreements.

2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders, and a tender

document with detailed terms of reference may be obtained by interested and eligible bidders

on any working day from Thursday, 23 rd 2026, in the Procurement Office, RCB

Headquarters, in the RDB building, 5 th floor, upon presentation of proof of payment of non-

refundable fees amounting to Rwf 10,000 payable on RCB account number 0009507728806-

72 open in Bank of Kigali (BK).

3. Bidders are required to submit one original physical proposal, well printed and properly

bound in a sealed envelope clearly highlighting the tender reference number, the title of the

tender, and the bidder’s name, as well as a soft copy on an external hard drive, and all to

reach the RCB procurement office not later than Wednesday, 6 th May 2026, at 10:00 AM

local time.

Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who

choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
