JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct legal research.

produce memoranda such as bench memos to be used by judges during oral arguments.

produce draft orders and opinions.

Proofread the judges’ orders and opinions.

Verify citations used in judgement writing.

Verify that pleadings and other documents submitted to the court comply with legal requirements and court rules.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree in Law — 2 Years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree in Law — 4 Years of relevant experience

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS

Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French. Knowledge of all is an added advantage.

Required relevant experience.
