TENDER TITLE: Hiring suppliers of staff uniforms under annual framework agreement

1. Rwanda Convention Bureau is looking for eligible and experienced top quality clothing suppliers that can be contracted under an annual framework agreement to supply staff uniforms under an annual framework agreement.

2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders. More details on the services are provided in the terms of references.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders, and detailed tender documents may be obtained upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000. Payment should be made to the Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB) account No. 0009507728806-72held at Bank of Kigali (BK). Interested bidders are required to submit proof of payment via email toprocurement@rcb.rw, upon which the tender documents will be provided.

1. Eligible bidders must submit well-printed, properly bound proposals in a sealed envelope that clearly highlights the tender reference number, the title of the tender, and the bidder's name, as well as a soft copy proposal on an external hard drive, to the new RCB procurement office in town in the RMT building at KN 3Ave onTuesday October 16th, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time.

Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
