HIRING OF AN EXTERNAL AUDIT FIRM FOR THE 2026 FINANCIAL YEAR

Publication date: 28th September 2026

Ubwiza SACCO Karongi invites qualified and eligible audit firms to submit bids for the provision of external audit services for the financial year from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026.

Submission of bids

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked:

“Tender for External Audit Services — Ubwiza SACCO Karongi — Financial Year 2026”

Please deliver bids to the Ubwiza SACCO Karongi (USK) Head Office.

The deadline for submission is 24th October 2026 at 09H00 AM. Late submissions will not be considered.

Interested firms must pay a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 to Account No. 100251011178, opened in Bank of Kigali (BK) in the name of Ubwiza Sacco Karongi for bid document which is obtained at head office of USK in procurement office.

Bids will be opened on 24th October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Ubwiza SACCO Karongi Head Office. Representatives of bidding firms may attend the opening.

Evaluation and award

Bids will be evaluated based on eligibility, relevant experience, technical approach and work plan, qualifications of the proposed team, independence, and financial proposal. The contract will be awarded to the firm whose bid is substantially responsive and offers the best value, in accordance with applicable procurement requirements. Ubwiza SACCO Karongi reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in accordance with those requirements.
