TENDER TITLE: Hiring a service provider to oversee and deliver sage 100 software services

1. Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB) would like to engage competent, experienced, and eligible local service providers through a competitive procurement process to deliver the aforementioned services.

2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders, and detailed tender documents may be obtained upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee ofRWF 10,000.Payment should be made to the Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB) accountNo. 0009507728806-72held at Bank of Kigali (BK). Interested bidders are required to submit proof of payment via email toprocurement@rcb.rw, upon which the tender documents will be provided.

3. Eligible bidders must submit well-printed, properly bound proposals in a sealed envelope that clearly highlights the tender reference number, the title of the tender, and the bidder's name, as well as a soft copy proposal on an external hard drive, to the new RCB procurement office in town in the RMT building at KN 3Ave onTuesday October 20th, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time.

Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
