INVITATION TO TENDER № 04/AN/AM/COO/ADMIN/2026

BK General Insurance Company Ltd would like to invite bids from suppliers for the Supply, Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of BKGI IT Infrastructure Modernization, Cybersecurity Enhancement and Business Continuity Project.

Technical specifications for the above-mentioned items (project) may be obtained from the procurement department of BKGI Head Office, from29th /09/2026 to 14th /10/2026.

Well printed bids, properly bound and sealed, presented in two copies, one of which is original, addressed to the Chief Operations Officer, must reach BK General Insurance Head Office (Old I&M Bank building) together with a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 20,000 deposited on account no00040-00692482-32of BK General Insurance Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali not later than the14th /10/2026 at 3:00pm.

The price quotes should be in Rwandan Francs, delivery periods and warranty terms should be clearly indicated.

Opening of the bid’s envelopes will take place in public on the 14th/10/2026 at exactly 3:30pm, in the board room of BK General Insurance Ltd.

Conditions for bidding:

- RSSB Certificate - Trade license

- RRA Certificate - Performance Certificate to prove similar services done before

- Presentation of bid security of 3% of the financial offer.
