Reports To

Operations Management and Oversight Program Manager

Job Responsibilities

• evaluate medical equipment and infrastructures specifications and assist tendering processes.
• track suppliers and ensure timely handover of correct equipment and works.
• perform market analysis in collaboration with the procurement team.
• Help produce tender documents for medical equipment, infrastructures, supplies, and preparatory works.
• Supervise installation of medical equipment and end-user training.
• Follow up on warranty maintenance provided by suppliers.
• Participate in the technical evaluation of bids, tenders, and proposals.
• Assist with the final acceptance and handover of commissioned equipment and infrastructures.
• Recommend appropriate medical equipment and infrastructures modifications and improvements.
• deliver technical expertise in biomedical engineering and clinical technology.
• Advise the management on existing and emerging medical technologies.
• track activities of ongoing infrastructure projects, and healthcare facility maintenance planning and implementation.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering
3 Years of relevant experience

Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering
1 Years of relevant experience
