TITLE: AI CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT AND DELIVERY SERVICES

INVITATION TO TENDER No.:TD-01850-2020

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites international and local bidders to submit bids for the AI Consulting, Capability assessment, Governance and delivery services.

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the27th/11/2026 at 3:30pm with subject line “AI CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT AND DELIVERY SERVICES” and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared. Terms of reference and guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.

Bidders shall deliver a technical and financial proposal in RWF for local Bidders and USD for International Bidders and state the payment terms. deliver also the company profile, Project implementation plan, AI delivery experience and reference certificate, CVs or resumes of the team assigned to this exercise, and any other required information in the TORs.
