ADVERTISEMENT FOR SALE OF VEHICLES

SALE BY CLOSED / SEALED BIDDING

Kabuye Sugar Works Ltd invites all eligible and interested bidders to submit their bids for the purchase of the following used vehicles on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis.

VEHICLE INSPECTION

All eligible and interested bidders are invited to inspect the above vehicles before submitting their bids.

Inspection Period: 22 September 2026 to 05 October 2026

Inspection Venue: Kabuye Sugar Works Ltd premises, Kabuye

BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS

• Interested bidders shall submit their bid for each vehicle in a separate closed/sealed envelope.

• The envelope should clearly indicate the vehicle for which the bid is being submitted, including the registration number.

• Each bidder shall indicate the offered purchase price (tax inclusive) clearly in the bid.

• Bids shall be deposited in Reception at Kabuye Sugar Works Ltd within the stipulated submission period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The vehicles will be sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis.

• Interested bidders are advised to inspect the vehicles and satisfy themselves regarding their condition before submitting a bid.

• No warranty or guarantee will be provided by Kabuye Sugar Works Ltd regarding the condition, performance or suitability of the vehicles.

• The highest bid may not necessarily be accepted.

• Kabuye Sugar Works Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

• Successful bidders shall complete payment, ownership transfer and collect the vehicle within the period communicated by the Company.
